On the Vítkov hill in Prague, a battle of the Hussite Wars took place under the command of Jan Žižka, Czech general and Hussite leader, follower of Jan Hus. The battle happened on 14th July 1420 with about 100 Hussites on one side and 3000 to 4000 crusaders on the other. Nowadays, Vítkov hill is a part of Prague city, called Žižkov, and there is equestrian statue of Jan Žižka, the third largest bronze equestrian statue in the world. You can also enjoy Prague in sunset light up there.
