Kuks is a beautiful little town which is known thanks to the beautiful Baroque spa area, hospital and sculptural decoration from famous artists.
A great thanks belong to František Antonín Špork, who built the baroque hospital in the 17th century. This site is also protected as a national cultural monument.
In front of the hospital, there is a famous gallery of statues from Matthias Bernard Braun: 12 virtues, 12 vices and a statue of faith.
