Opočno is a small town (about 3,000 inhabitants) from the Bronze Age. But it is very well known thanks to the Renaissance castle, which is surrounded by an English park with an adjoining field of fallow deers and mouflons.
Nevertheless, Opočno is known to most people from East Bohemia by their famous ice cream :)
